What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per model for screens and 20 pieces for small parts. For first-time buyers, we offer a trial order of 5 pieces to test quality. Contact us for custom MOQ arrangements on large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and Wise. For orders over $5000, we offer 30% deposit + 70% before shipping. Regular customers may qualify for credit terms.
How do I verify product quality before ordering?
We offer free sample testing for qualified buyers (you pay shipping only). We also provide detailed QC photos and videos before shipment. Visit our Quality page to learn about our 12-step inspection process.
What grades of screens do you offer?
We offer 5 grades: Original Pull (OEM removed from devices), Refurbished Original, Soft OLED (flexible aftermarket OLED), Hard OLED (rigid aftermarket OLED), and Incell LCD (budget-friendly). Each grade has different pricing and quality levels.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes! You can mix different iPhone models and screen grades in a single order. The MOQ applies per individual model/grade combination. We encourage mixed orders to help you stock a full range.
Do you offer branding or custom packaging?
Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services including custom packaging, brand labels, and QR code stickers for orders over 100 pieces. Lead time is 3-5 extra days for custom packaging.
How often do you update your price list?
Prices are updated weekly based on market conditions. We notify regular customers of price changes via WhatsApp. Request our latest price list anytime through the Price List page.

- We provide wholesale after-sales support for LCD screens and mobile phone spare parts.
- LCD screens & spare parts: 1-year warranty for quality issues.
- Warrantable items: 1:1 replacement after verification.
- Battery: 1:1 replacement with defect video proof. No return is required after showing the flex cable being cut.
- All LCD screens must be tested before installation.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, improper installation, or misuse.
